Delivery
We want to ensure that our products arrive safely at your address and only use tracked courier service. We offer free shipping for minimum order of $80 and charge $5 for amount below $80. All in-stock items will be dispatch within 1-2 working days upon payment and are expected to reach destination within 1-3 working days later. Please note that delivery time is usually between 9am to 10pm but may also depends on traffic and courier's delivery loads.
For overseas shipping, email us at avila.sgrep@gmail.com with the item(s) you would like to purchase and your delivery address. We will get back to you by the next working day with the cost of delivery (based on size and weight).
Do note that we are not responsible for any import taxes/duties and other charges, delays, and losses once the package is with our courier partner. Please check with your local authorities for more information on taxes and prohibited/restricted items.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item. Please kindly send us email at info@avilashopsg.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order with the order number and picture(s) of the item.
Return the item to us using a traceable mode of delivery within 7 calendar days. The item must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and tag intact. Keep your receipt for return shipping refund. We are not responsible for any lost mail.

Returned item can be exchanged to other item or store credit. We do not give cash refund.
